We are a group of guys and girls that dislike working hard (but we do so anyways because we have to pay rent and eat on occasion) and enjoy letting loose on weekends…and weeknights if we don't have to get up at the butt crack of dawn to go to our pinche jobs.

We used to get tore up on MadDogg 20/20, Old E and Mickey's like most other broke kids. (kids, drinking is illegal under the age of 21 and we do not condone this sort of reckless behavior)

After growing up a bit (not much) our tastes matured as did our wallets, and we found ourselves seeking out better beverages.

We covered the realm of beers from your basic Budweiser to hundreds of microbrews, and yes, we have covered hundreds. We have a wall covered with labels to prove it.

More recently we have delved into the wonderful world of wine. A far cry from our cheap malt-liquor days, we have taken what we’ve learned from our experience in the fine dining industry into our private sipping sessions and collectively grown our understanding of fine drinking through research and old-fashioned dedication to the subject, which translates to many four and five-bottle-nights of good clean fermented fun.
